This cozy apartment offers 15qm living room on the 4th floor (no elevator!) can accommodate max. 2 guests and is equipped with a double size bed (1,60 x 2,0m), Sat- TV, fridge, microwave, coffe machine, a double ceramic hob, one table with 2 chairs and a commode.

All necessary cooking utensils such as pots, plates and cutlery are at hand.

The bathroom with shower under the sloping roof is two steps across the corridor (which is shared by other tenants), at the opposite side of the Living room. Due to the sloping roof showering is a bit limited but not inconvenient with a height of 1.80 m. The bathroom also has a hairdryer, an electric heater and cleaning utensils that can be used if necessary.

Courtyard:
Car parking space for one car including a electro-car charging station is provided in the Courtyard.

The object is close to the central city and yet quiet as it is located in a one-way street and just two minutes to the "Ring Park" and 10 minutes walking distance to the central city.
